What manasmitramvatkam contain gold and bhasma? I have a problem of ocd, depression, insomnia,doubting.... doctor prescribed me manasmitram....so my question is manasmitram vatkam contain bhasma and gold?

For your condition you can also consume Aswagandharishtam 10 ml just after food twice daily.

Also include Ksheerabala 101A as talam at evening time. Use 3-4 drops of tailam and place it over the bragma area ( top centre of head).
You can wipe it off with cloth and put kachooradi choornam over the head.
It is very helpful in Insomnia condition
