Your situation shows weak digestion with food intolerance and poor absorption so the focus should be on healing the gut first and then slowly building weight in a safe way First step is to calm and reset digestion Do not overload with many foods Eat simple warm freshly cooked meals that are easy to digest You can take moong dal khichdi with ghee vegetable soups soft cooked vegetables and small quantity of millets like little millet or foxtail millet instead of rice Avoid all foods that you already feel intolerance to do not force milk eggs gluten sugar or heavy beans right now because that will keep damaging gut lining and cause inflammation Start your day with warm water you can add little dry ginger or jeera for improving digestion Sip warm water through the day avoid cold foods and drinks For gut cleansing focus on gentle correction not strong detox You can take a small dose of triphala at night with warm water to clear bowel and remove toxins slowly If stools are loose reduce dose Eat small frequent meals instead of large meals chew properly and avoid eating in stress or hurry Also check for underlying issues like IBS food allergies or gut infection if symptoms are severe or long standing As your digestion improves your tolerance will slowly increase weight will start improving naturally and energy levels will become better do not rush the process healing gut is the main key here

Sir actually i had two c section delivery and use of antibiotics i thought gut bacteria is in hingh. High use of antibiotics kill my good bacteria also. Hard to develop it compare to bad one. Experience that whenever i took antibiotics or UTI clearance tablets i feel release my constipation till dose is taken after tablets stopped the irritation strarts

It take very less time to get Bacterial infections in gut and urinary tract compared to good bacteria. Hence we have to choose healthy diet. Because we can’t depend on antibiotics for long term You can eat fruits, curd and yogurt is good pre biotocs. It take good care of our gut and good laxatives.

HELLO, Given your food intolerances (milk, dairy, eggs, white rice, sugar, gluten, rajma, black beans, and heavy foods), the approach should focus on gut cleansing , gentle digestion, and weight gain with safe foods 1) Gut cleansing -Focus on improving digestive fire, and eliminating toxins gently Diet and medication -warm water on empty stomach with Triphala churna= 1 tsp with lukewarm water daily at bedtime to detoxify and support bowel movement -soaked fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp overnight and consume in morning for gentle cleansing and appetite stimulation -Herbal teas= ginger, coriander, cumin, fennel- helps digestion without aggravating food intolerance -Avoid heavy, processed, and gas forming foods- which you’ve already listed, like rajma and black beans 2) Weight gain with food intolerance since you have poor appetite and intolerance, focus on easy to digest, nutrient dense foods Proteins and fats -soaked and sprouted mung beans or moong dal gentle on gut, high protein -organic tofu or soy milk if soy is tolerated -Nuts and seeds= almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds= soaked and ground for easier digestion -Ghee = enhances digestion, nourish tissues and supports weight gain Carbonhydrates -millets (like foxtail, little millet, barnyard millet)= gluten free and easy to digest -quinoa and oats= gentle on gut and safe for gluten intolerance Fruits and vegetables -banana, papaya, cooked pumpkin, zucchini, carrot= soft, nutrient dense, and easy on gut -cooked leafy greens= spinach, methi in small amounts 3) Digestive support -Triphala churna= 1 tsp with warm water at bedtime =supports bowel regularity and detoxification -Chyawanprasha= 1 tsp in morning empty stomach =for immunity and gentle nourishment -Ashwagandhadhi lehyam= 1 tsp with warm milk at bedtime =helps improve appetite, energy, and weight gain -Giloy ghan vati= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =suppots immune function and digestion 4) Meal routine -eat small ,frequent meals 5-6 times/day -avoid cold, raw, and heavy meals -chew food thoroughly to ease digestion -warm meals are preffered- soups, khichdi mung dal + millet, porridge 5) Lifestyle recommendations -gentle morning walk- stimulate digestion -oil massage with coconut oil -improves digestion and nourishes tissues -adequate sleep and stress reduction, as stress worsens digestion and absorption Gradually increase portions as appetite improves. avoid all foods causing intolerance strictly Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you

Namaste, Your concerns — multiple food intolerances, low appetite, and being underweight — indicate weak digestion (agni) with gut sensitivity and vata imbalance affecting nourishment. The focus should be on gently improving digestion, stabilizing the gut, and rebuilding weight step by step. Avoid forceful “detox” or fasting, as it can worsen weakness. Keep your diet simple and consistent. Choose foods that are well tolerated and easy to digest. You can include moong dal, millets (like little millet, kodo millet), cooked vegetables, and small quantities of ghee (if tolerated). Since you cannot take dairy, you can use alternatives like thin vegetable soups, rice alternatives, and soaked nuts (like almonds) in small amounts. Eat in small frequent meals even if appetite is low. Warm water sipping is helpful. Add calorie-dense but light foods like dates (if tolerated), soaked raisins, and nut pastes in small quantities. Avoid mixing too many foods together — keep meals simple. Ayurvedic medicines with dose and timing: Chitrakadi Vati – 1 tablet, twice daily before food Dadimashtaka Churna – 1 teaspoon, once daily with food Avipattikar Churna – 1 teaspoon at bedtime with warm water Ashwagandha Lehyam – 1 teaspoon, twice daily (can be taken with warm water if milk not tolerated) These are traditionally used to improve digestion, enhance nutrient absorption, and gradually support healthy weight gain when combined with proper diet. Once digestion improves, food tolerance also starts improving slowly. Weight gain in such cases is gradual and may take a few months, so consistency is important. Consultation can help tailor this further to your needs.
