Hi doctor I m 74 and it seems that I can’t remember things ; also , I am not a sound sleeper waking up once or twice at night going to the bathroom I also have a large prostate for some years now and have lost interest in intimacy hence my wife is upset How can you help me

1)Brahmi Ghritham - one teaspoon With warm water morning empty stomach 2) Saptasaram Kwath- 15 ml with 45 ml warm water before lunch and before dinner 3) Saraswatarishtam- 20 ml with equal water after lunch 4) Ksheerabala 101 Capsules- one capsule With warm milk night before bed 5)Ashwagandhadi Lehyam- one teaspoon before bed limit fluid intake 2 hours before bedtime to reduce nocturia (waking up to urinate Daily practice of Pranayama (specifically Anulom Vilom) for 15 minutes to improve oxygenation to brain tissues. : Maintain a consistent sleep schedule. Avoid screens (phones/TV) at least one hour before bed. Foods to Include: Warm, Cooked Meals: Soups, stews, and khichdi are easier for a 74-year-old to digest. : Use Ghee in moderation everyday Walnuts & Almonds: Soak overnight and peel before eating Pumpkin Seeds: Excellent for prostate health due to high zinc content. Foods to Avoid: Excessive Caffeine: Avoid tea/coffee after 4:00 PM to protect sleep quality. Cold & Raw Foods: Avoid salads or cold drinks, as these increase Vata and can worsen memory and joint stiffness. Heavy, Salty Dinners: These can lead to water retention and increased frequency of nighttime urination.

About your prostate it would be advisable to get operated as you mentioned it is a large one. 🧘‍♀️ Anulomvilom and Bhramari Pranayam will help. But you have to do it early in the morning only. ❌ Donot get yourself into any addictions. ❌ Donot drink tea or coffee or aerated drinks. ❌ Reduce screen time… No screen in darkness and 1 hour before you sleep. Consume audio form of data rather than visuals before you sleep. ✔️ Drink a glass of buffalo milk daily before you sleep; it will help you get a sound sleep. ✔️ 100 steps after both meals are must. ✔️ Eat only home cooked food… Avoid outside food, packed and processed food. ✔️ Prefer natural liquids like fruit juice, coconut water, lemon juice, kokum sharbat over packed ones. 💊 Medication: 💊 Panchendriya Vardhan Tailam 2 drops in each nostril early in the morning empty stomach. Cap. Memorin(S.G.Phytopharma) 2 caps twice a day before food. Syp. Prasham 4 tsp at bed time with lukewarm water. Tab. Manasmitra Vatak 2 tabs at bed time.

Ajax capsules 1-0-1 after food with water Promactil capsules 1-0-1 after food with water will improve sexual performance Ashwagandha lehyam 0-0-1tsp after dinner with water will help reduce anxiety, and calm mentally,also strength to muscle. Apply balashwagandha oil on penis externally twice will help improve strengthening of the penile muscle Do pranayam lom -vilom bhastrika bhamri 5-10mins twice daily Light Head massage with Brahmi oil, will help induce sleep.
