Aaj neend na aana mixing of medicines aur disturbed nervous system ki wajah se ho sakta hai. Is time pe focus simple rakhna hai. Aaj ke liye: Raat ko Ashwagandha churna ½ tsp gune-gune doodh ke saath lein. Sone se pehle pairon me garm til tel se halka massage karein. Light band karke, mobile bilkul avoid karein. Important: Ashwagandharishta + Balarishta ke saath allopathic sleep medicine ek saath lena routine me na rakhein. Isse effect disturb hota hai. Regular plan: Raat ko Brahmi Vati 1 tablet add karein. Ashwagandharishta sirf dinner ke baad lein, morning dose avoid karein agar neend issue hai. Late night screen, stress aur overthinking ko control karna zaroori hai. Agar 3–4 din me neend stable nahi hoti, to medicines ka combination doctor se adjust karwana padega.

Filter the content of data you consume… Let it be spiritual or positive… ??
