For the past few months, I’ve been experiencing frequent tingling sensations, weakness in my hands and legs, and occasional brain fog. My energy levels are low, and I feel like my nervous system is not functioning at its best. I don’t want to rely on allopathic medicines, so I started researching Ayurvedic medicine for nervous system health. From what I’ve read, Ayurveda treats nervous system disorders by balancing Vata dosha and strengthening the nerves with herbs like Brahmi, Ashwagandha, Shankhpushpi, and Vacha. Some formulations like Medhya Rasayana and Ksheerabala Thailam are also said to be effective for nerve-related problems. Has anyone tried Ayurvedic medicine for nervous system health?
