So yeah, Ayurveda does see breast lumps (and many health issues) through the lens of dosha imbalances. Often, these are linked to Kapha and Vata imbalances. Kapha, you know, governs structures and buildup, so things like fluid retention can play a role. Vata, being erratic, might contribute to the hard, mobile nature of some lumps.

Now, about those amazing herbs you mentioned. Shatavari is pretty awesome for its estrogen-balancing properties, and can be super supportive for the reproductive system. Turmeric, with its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, can be great to reduce inflammation in the body.
