I went to the doctor, who diagnosed me with Bell's Palsy, a condition that causes temporary facial paralysis due to nerve inflammation. Although the doctor prescribed some medications, I am looking for alternative treatments to complement the prescribed care and speed up my recovery. I’ve heard that Ayurveda offers treatments for nerve-related conditions, and I am wondering if there are specific herbs, oils, or practices that could help with my Bell’s Palsy recovery. I’ve also read that Ayurveda believes in balancing the body’s energies to aid in healing, and I’m curious about what Ayurvedic remedies may support the healing of the facial nerve.
