AS for the best time of day, morning is often recommended because your urine is more concentrated, giving a clearer picture of HCG levels. Drinking too much water before the test can dilute your urine, possibly affecting the result. So it’s best to hold off on that cup of water until after you’ve done the test.

Now, diving into the Ayurvedic side of things. Ayurveda does indeed have special practices to support fertility and early pregnancy. Shatavari and Ashwagandha are great, but it’s important to remember they’re supporting the whole systems rather than acting as a direct fix. Shatavari, for instance, is known for its benefits to the female reproductive system and can help with menstrual irregularities.
