For the past few weeks, I have been noticing white vaginal discharge, sometimes more than usual, and I started wondering—is white discharge normal, or does it indicate an underlying health issue? Sometimes it’s thin and clear, while at other times, it feels thicker and slightly sticky. Since I prefer natural remedies, I want to understand the Ayurvedic perspective on vaginal discharge, what is considered normal, and whether there are natural ways to balance reproductive health.
