From what I understand, ovulation is the phase in the menstrual cycle when the ovary releases an egg, making conception possible, and it usually happens around the 14th day of a 28-day cycle. Since Ayurveda associates reproductive health with Shukra Dhatu (reproductive tissue), hormonal balance with Apana Vata (lower abdominal energy flow), and overall fertility with Ojas (vital energy), does this mean that imbalances in these areas could lead to irregular ovulation or difficulty conceiving? Could poor nutrition, stress, or hormonal disruptions be affecting ovulation timing? One of my biggest concerns is that some women experience irregular cycles, delayed ovulation, or anovulation (lack of ovulation), making conception challenging.
