I have endometriosis cyst 44mm and ca125 is high 124.1 . I have already taken treatment from allopathy doc but.. my diet is not good I don't know wht to do or not . I tried all allopathy medicine endosis,emersa,and take lupride3.5mg

Endometriosis is caused by aggravated Vata and Pitta doshas, leading to hormonal imbalance, cyst formation, inflammation, and excessive tissue growth. Your treatment so far (Endosis, Emersa, Lupride 3.5mg) suggests that doctors have focused on hormone therapy and pain relief, but since your diet is poor, Ayurvedic healing through food and lifestyle will help manage symptoms and prevent further cyst growth. But as ca 125 is elevated I would suggest once to repeat it if still high need to do further investigations

In Ayurveda, the focus is on addressing the root cause of illnesses by understanding your unique body constitution, or prakriti, and the imbalances (vikriti) present. Here are some broad steps that might be helpful:

First, let’s address diet, as it’s one of the core components of maintaining a balance in your system. Ayurveda recommends a diet that doesn’t aggravate the dosha imbalance. Since endometriosis can be related to Kapha and Vata dosha imbalances, you may benefit from avoiding cold, heavy, and oily foods, which aggravate Kapha. Opt for warm, light, and easily digestible meals. For example, you might choose vegetable soups, boiled vegetable salads, and steamed greens. Cooked foods are better, as they are easier on your digestive system than raw foods.

Incorporate herbs such as Ashwagandha and Turmeric in your daily regimen as they are anti-inflammatory and can help in balancing hormones. A small teaspoon of turmeric mixed with warm milk daily could provide relief.
