Avoid maida, junk food, fried food, bekary food, sugar and sugar processed food Do Surya namaskar 5 cycle daily gradually increase the number of Surya namaskar cycle Do walking regularly atleast 5000 steps daily and gradually increase the steps Have more fiber content food Have more water If possible visit nearby panchakarma centre and take one body cleansing treatment like Vamana karma…as this is the best suitable season to take vamana karma …it cleanses body and help in Pcod

Stay hydrated throughout the day, prefer fresh-cut fruits over juices, and include a variety of vegetables in your diet.

Completely Avoid junk food, carbonated drinks, and fried items.

Drinking warm water with a pinch of ginger after meals can aid digestion and help regulate agni (digestive fire).

Herbs such as Shatavari and Ashwagandha can be quite beneficial.
