Too much bleeding with large clots - #20714

During periods I suffer heavy bleeding with largest clots without having any problem I have done so many ultrasounds but nothing is seen in them I want to know why is this happening I took too much medicines such as homeopathy, allopathy but nothing could not help me to get rid of this I have been suffering this since 5 years

For this, I am suggesting an effective combination of medication, along with dietary and lifestyle recommendations.

Rx. Sitopaladi Churna (50 gm) + Praval Pishti (5 gm) – Mix well and take ½ teaspoon with honey twice daily.

Chandraprabha Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after meals with lukewarm water.

Sootshekhar Ras – 1 tablet twice daily after meals.

Ashokarishta – 20 ml mixed with an equal amount of water, twice daily after meals.

Dietary Recommendations Include:

Pomegranate, amla, coconut water, bottle gourd, and coriander.

Heavy bleeding during periods, medically known as menorrhagia, combined with large clots can be quite challenging and distressing. Even if your ultrasounds have shown no identifiable abnormalities, Ayurveda recognizes that imbalances at the subtle level can manifest in such symptoms. In Ayurveda, this condition may be associated with imbalances in the doshas, particularly Vata and Pitta, affecting the female reproductive system (Artava Dhatu).

Given your experience, and the lack of findings in allopathy and homeopathy, some key factors to consider include diet, lifestyle, and stress levels. An excessive consumption of spicy, sour, or processed foods can aggravate Pitta, hence increasing heat and bleeding tendency. Instead, aim to incorporate cooling and grounding foods. Start your day with a glass of warm water infused with a tsp of aloe vera juice; it’s soothing and helps balance Pitta.
