I have been diagnosed with bennign intracranial hypertension and i will like to stop meds the meds is getting me sick but its a serious condition that can cause blindness if not treated etc and am really seeking help

I would suggest you to start practicing yoga and Pranayam first of all daily for atleast 30 min.

Medicine - 1. Mukta vati - 1 tab twice 2.arogyavardhini vati -1 tb twice 3.arjuna kwath - 10 ml twice

Diet nd lifestyle - Have proper liquid nd soft diet, avoid fatty oily and salty food items , processed food md fridge food.

With medication include lyfe style modification and Eat sattvic meals: #Warm, freshly prepared foods, avoiding heavy, oily, processed, or overly spicy meals. #Include cooling herbs like brahmi, shankhpushpi, jatamansi, and guduchi. #Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and excessive salt. #Stay hydrated with warm water or herbal infusions (like coriander seed tea or fennel tea).

Yoga for BIH Avoid inverted poses (like headstands), but include calming and grounding practices: Recommended Poses 1Sukhasana (Easy pose) with deep breathing 2Balasana (Child’s pose) 3Viparita Karani (Legs up the wall) – only if your pressure is stable 4.Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend)

#Breathing Techniques (Pranayama)

1.Anulom Vilom (Alternate nostril breathing) 2.Sheetali / Sheetkari (Cooling breath) Do it under yoga instructor only. Avoid strong Kapalabhati or Bhastrika unless advised by a trained therapist.

Along with medication need to do some life style changes. * Any adiction stop it. *Avoid fermented processed, packed food, no bekary product no maida, no oily spicy food, no pickle, papad. *Daily yoga under guidance. *Meditation daily. * Proper 7 to 8 hrs sleep at night.
