Aapke situation pe gaur karte hue mujhe lagta hai ki adenomyosis aur fibroid ke karan ye discomfort ho raha hai. Adenomyosis mein endometrial tissue uterine muscle mein grow karta hai jo pain aur bleeding jaisa symptom dikhata hai. Fibroid bhi similar symptoms de sakta hai, lekin menstrual cycle ka na hona ya unusually period jaisa bleeding serious matter ho sakti hai, isliye aap apne gynaecologist se consult karke isko detail mein check kar lein.
Ayurveda mein, adenomyosis aur fibroid ko vata aur kapha dosha ki imbalance mana jaata hai. Treatment ke liye pradakshina (snehana), virechana, aur basti karma sahi maane jaate hai, lekin inn procedures ko trained Ayurveda practitioner ke guidance mein scheme wisely. Abhi ke liye, aap apne diet pe focus karein jo vata aur kapha balance kare. Jaise aap apne khane mein ghee, til ka tel use karein; taje aur garam khana khayein, aur thanda khana avoid karein.
