Stress reduction is significant in enhancing fertility, as stress disturbs the vata dosha, which can lead to reproductive challenges.

1. Diet: Nourishing Shukra dhatu with a balanced diet rich in whole grains, nuts, seeds, fresh dairy, and green leafy vegetables can be beneficial. Try incorporating foods like asparagus, sesame seeds, and avocados, which are known to support fertility health. Warm, freshly prepared meals help maintain a strong Agni (digestive fire), crucial for overall vitality.

2. Herbs: Consider Ayurveda herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari, which are traditionally used to enhance reproductive health. These herbs need to be taken with guidance from ayurvedic physician, because individual constitutions may vary and imbalances might affect how one react.

3. Routine: Establishing a stable daily routine, waking up and going to bed at the same time each day helps stabilize Vata. Regular physical activity or yoga can also regulate body rhythms. Pranayama (breath work) helps calm the mind and create emotional well-being.
