Aapki samasya sunke bahut samay se tension main hain aap. Samajhta hoon ye problem kitna pareshaan karti hogi. Hormonal imbalance jaisa lag raha hai, aur ye kafi had tak aapke lifestyle aur diet par bhi depend karta hai.
Saphed saari ayurvedic cheezein jo aap try kar sakte hain, bas dhyaan se dekhna padega. Pehle toh, vajan kam karne ki koshish kariye, kyunki extra weight se bhi periods pe effect ho sakta hai. Din main thoda hi sahi, lekin 30-45 minute walk ya koi physical activity kariye.
Diet mein zyada processed foods aur junk se datkar, fiber-rich dheere-dheere integrate kijiye. Sabzi, salat, fruits like papaya, aur har din thoda sa saunf (fennel) pani ke sath le sakte hain. Kokum sherbet ya trifla choorna bhi kabhi-kabhi helpful hota hai digestion aur toxin nikalne mein.
