I am 48 years old and recently started noticing these strange changes in my body that I think are related to menopause. I feel like a walking hot flash machine! Some days, it’s like I’m on fire, and other times I am freezing. I heard that menopause ayurveda could be a natural way to balance things out, but I’m not exactly sure how. My mood swings are kinda driving me nuts too. I feel irritable for no reason, and friends have suggested I look into menopause ayurveda for this. Has anyone found any useful remedies or treatments that worked well for them? I read somewhere about herbs being helpful; what should I consider? Also, what lifestyle changes can I make in conjunction with menopause ayurveda to ease the transition? It’s all kinda overwhelming, and I just want to feel like myself again. Any tips or personal experiences would really help! Thanks a ton!!!
