I am going through this really confusing phase of menopause, and honestly it’s been a tough time for me. I’ve been looking into ayurvedic treatment for menopause, but I’m not sure where to start. Like, I get these hot flashes that can hit at the most unexpected times, and sometimes I just feel so anxious for no reason! My friend suggested that I should try ayurvedic treatment for menopause — she had a friend who swear by it. But then I heard from someone else that it doesn’t work for everyone, you know? I was also reading about herbs like ashwagandha and shatavari, and whether they actually help balance hormones and ease the symptoms. Is there anyone here who’s actually used ayurvedic treatment for menopause? What kind of things did you try? I really want to explore these natural options without messing around too much, but it’s still quite overwhelming with all the info out there. Like, do I really have to change my whole diet or just add some herbal teas? I’m so lost, and honestly a bit stressed about it all! Any advice on what worked or what didn’t would be super helpful!!
