I am really struggling with my memory lately. It feels like I’m always forgetting little things—like where I put my keys or the names of people I just met. It all started a few months ago when I got really stressed at work, and I've tried to find ways to boost my memory power, but nothing seems to stick, ya know? I read that diet and herbs might help, but I don’t know what to try first. Does any below know how to improve memory power with natural remedies? Maybe something simple I can add to my daily routine? Would love your thoughts!

Additionally, including foods rich in Omega-3 fatty acids such as walnuts, flaxseeds, and even some fatty fish like salmon can support cognitive function. Avoid excessively oily, spicy, and processed foods as they may disturb your digestion and mental clarity.

Herbal remedies can also provide support for memory. Brahmi (Bacopa monneri) and Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) are two herbs that are revered in Ayurveda for their adaptogenic and memory-enhancing properties. You can take them in the form of tablets or powders, as per the recommended dosages on labels., but It would be wise to consult with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner to determine the appropriate dose and form for your constitution.
