Yes, your periods are slightly irregular. This can happen due to stress hormonal changes or poor diet. Start eating home cooked food. Avoid junk and cold items and try to sleep on time. Include sesame seeds, jaggery andraisins in your diet.

Ye cycles irregular lag rahe hain, kyunki aapke periods mein kuch stability nahi hai. Ayurveda ke mutabiq, irregular periods ke peeche aksar vata dosha or pitta dosha mein imbalances ho sakte hain. Pehle toh aapko dincharya aur aahar pe dhyan dena hoga.

Aahar vichar ki baat karein toh, zyada sikhi aur teekhapan se doori banayein. Koi bhi excessively cold ya frozen cheezein khane se bachiye. Apne diet mein jeere ka pani, dhania, saunf ka paani shamil karein, ye digestive agni ko santulit karte hain aur mahavari ko regular rakhne mein madad karte hain.

Dincharya ka dhyan rakhein: Yog aur pranayam me swayam ko theek se manne ka samay dein. Bhramari pranayam aur kapalbhati pranayam vata aur pitta ko balance karne mein faidemand hote hain. Niyamit exercise bhi zaroori hai, par over-exertion se bachne ki koshish karein.

Shirodhara aur abhyanga jaise treatments stress ko kam karne mein kaam aate hain aur hormonal balance ko promote karte hain. Agar aap stress ya tension mehsoos karte hain, toh unka samadhan bahut zaroori hai.
