Right leg me ho rha dard slip disc se judha lag raha hai, ye common hai jab L5-S1 mein issue hota hai. Aapke liye kuch Ayurvedic upay batata hoon jo aap ghar par asaani se apna sakte hain; lekin kripya dhyan de, agar dard bahut jayda hai ya aapko koi neurological symptom jaise numbness ya weakness feel ho raha hai, to turant kisi specialist ko dikhayen.

Ayurveda mein, slip disc ko ‘Kati Shoola’ aur ‘Gridhrasi’ ke naam se bhi jaana jata hai. Ye vata dosha ka vikriti mana jata hai. Mukhya rup se, vata ko shamak krne wale upchar aur jeevan shaili mein parivartan saphal ho sakte hain.

1. Kati Basti: Panchakarma ki ye pratikriya sharth hai aur aap kisi anubhavdo Ayurvedic therapist se karva sakte hain. Isme, koi garam tail jo vata shamak hai, kamar par rakha jata hai.

2. Taila Abhyanga: Narayana oil ya Mahanarayana oil, vata balance krne mein madadgar hota hai. Is oil se har din kamar aur pair ki malish krne se laabh mil sakta hai.

3. Yoga Asanas: Ardha Matsyendrasana aur Bhujangasana, spine ko stretch krne me helpful hote hain. Lekin, kripya yog teacher ki guidance mein hi is prakar ki asan karein, taaki koi galti na ho.

4. Diet: Apni diet mein fiber-rich aur easy-to-digest khana shamil karein. Garm aur soothing cheezein, jaise moong dal, ghee aur khichdi vata ko shant krta hai.

5. Herbal Remedies: Guggul aur Dashmool aise kuch herbs hain, jo kati shool mein aram dila sakte hain. Ye aushadhi kisi expert ki salah par lein.

6. Hot & Cold Compress: Kamar aur pair par garm ya thanda compress dene ka prayas karein.

Udaaran ke liye, ye suggestions aapko door tak behatar mahsoos karwa sakta hain. Hamesha yaad rakhna chahiye, ke sareh shariir (body) ko support krne wale steps sabse achha kaam karte hain jab individual assessment ke sath diya jata hai. Arjun, ashwagandha, aur triphala jaise products ke baaren me vi charcha kare. Kripya apne personal practitioner se bhi consult karein, taki kisi tarah ki medical complication se bach sakein.
