I am really confused about my irregular periods and I've heard using ajwain could be helpful, but not sure how to use ajwain for irregular periods. Like, my cycle has been all over the place lately, sometimes it’s 28 days, sometimes it’s 35, and it’s driving me nuts! I’ve tried a few things and just can't figure it out. One friend mentioned brewing ajwain tea or something like that? I looked it up and found all these recipes, but they look kinda complicated. I just want to know how to use ajwain for irregular periods in a simple way, or if there's a specific dosage or time of day I should take it. Should I eat the seeds raw or grind them, or does it need to be boiled? Tonight, I’m supposed to go out but worried this whole cycle will hit again. Any practical tips or experiences with ajwain for this would be super helpful! Thanks a million!
