I am really worried about my memory loss lately. It’s like I can’t remember small things, my friends noticed and keep saying it’s just stress which kinda bothers me. I read somewhere that how to increase the memory power might have some connection with diet and lifestyle choices. I’ve been trying to eat better, but honestly, some days I just grab whatever’s quick! I’m in my late 30s, a mom of two, and juggling work, and I feel like my brain is just tired, ya know? I’ve been drinking more water and even started doing some yoga, but sometimes I just forget what I was doing in the middle of a task or misplace my keys. It’s super frustrating! My friend said meditation could help with how to increase the memory power too, but I don’t know if I’m doing it right. Anyone have good tips on natural ways or foods that can help with how to increase the memory power? Like, are there specific herbs or exercises that can really make a difference? I wanna be sharp and present for my kids!
