I am kind of confused about something — I started taking M2 Tone for my irregular periods and I heard it really helps with that, but now I’m worried. Like, I usually have these pretty painful cramps and heavy flow, but this month I noticed it got a bit worse. I’m not sure if it’s the M2 Tone or just how my body is responding, you know? I read somewhere that it can affect your cycle, but can I take M2 Tone during periods too? I did ask my doctor and they said it’s okay, but there’s still something nagging at me about it. Like, I’m in so much pain right now, and adding meds might mess me up even more. I really just want to know if taking M2 Tone during periods is safe and if anyone else had similar experiences? Just trying to figure out if I need to stop or keep going, ya know?
