I am really struggling with this annoying issue. I’m about 5 months into my pregnancy and the constipation is just awful. I didn’t even think about this being such a big deal but wow, I was so wrong! I’ve tried all the usual stuff like drinking more water and eating fiber, but nothing seems to work. Sometimes I feel super bloated, like I'm pregnant with a rock instead of a baby. I didn't think pregnancy would come with this kind of baggage, ya know? Saw some info about Ayurveda, and I'm curious about how to deal with constipation during pregnancy using natural methods. I heard warm water with lemon and some spices might help? Are there any herbs or remedies that are safe to try? And what about dietary changes? I just want to ensure I'm doing everything right for the little one but honestly, this is super frustrating. Anyone experienced similar issues that found relief with Ayurveda?
