I am wondering if I can take triphala during periods? I've recently started using triphala for digestion issues, and it's worked wonders. But I got my period unexpectedly last night, and now I'm feeling all mixed up about whether I should keep taking it. Like, I've read some stuff online saying it's great for detoxing and helps with bloating, which I totally experience during my cycle. But then I also saw this other opinion that said it might make things worse or interfere with the flow? I'm feeling crampy and, you know, a little emotional, so I'm not sure what to believe. Can I take triphala during periods or would that be a bad idea? I've been taking it in powder form and adding it into warm water every morning, which has been pretty okay. Just really don’t want to mess anything up. Any clarity on this would be super helpful! Thank you!
