I am really struggling with my belly after my C-section. It’s been 4 months, and I'm honestly feeling a bit lost about how to reduce postpartum belly after c section. I mean, I thought it would be easier to bounce back, but my belly still looks kinda big and flabby. I’ve tried some basic exercises and eating healthy, but it's like nothing is working! Some friends of mine swear by different home remedies, but I am not sure what to believe. I've read some stuff that says massage oils and herbal preparations can help too, but I don’t know where to start with those. Also, is there a specific diet that works best for recovering from a C-section while addressing this postpartum belly? I worry about it affecting my confidence, especially since I want to feel good again and maybe even wear normal clothes without feeling shy. Any suggestions on how to reduce postpartum belly after c section in a safe and natural way would be super helpful. Thanks!
