I am a nursing mother, and I’ve been really struggling with this whole situation. My baby’s now 4 months old, and I've been feeling really worn out and dealing with some lingering issues from childbirth. A friend suggested I try some Ayurvedic medicine to boost my energy and maybe help with these digestive issues that won’t quit. But now I’m worrying... can I take ayurvedic medicine while breastfeeding? I read some stuff online, but it’s all confusing and there’s just so much mixed info out there! I tried these herbal teas, thinking they’d help, but I’m not sure if they’re safe or even worth it if they could affect my milk supply or my baby’s tummy. Like, can I take ayurvedic medicine while breastfeeding without worry? I mean, I want help and truly need to feel better, but I don’t wanna put my little one at risk. Anyone have experience or knowledge about this whole can I take ayurvedic medicine while breastfeeding thing? Appreciate any advice or insight you guys can offer!!
