I am really struggling lately with focus and memory, and I heard that shankhpushpi flower could be helpful. I came across this info about how to use shankhpushpi flower, but honestly, I’m a bit lost. Last week, I had this huge project due for work, and I just couldn’t concentrate! It felt like my mind was all over the place. Before that, I tried some supplements, but they gave me weird side effects. I've read that shankhpushpi flower can be a more natural solution, but how to use shankhpushpi flower properly? Do I need to make a tea, or can I just add it to smoothies? Also, are there any specific doses I should be taking or any precautions?
