I often get pimple on my chin and cheeks. I know these are due to hormone. My fallopian tube is blocked i have fibroids and a diagnosis of endometriosis. How to deal with acne. I have deep acne scarring and dark spots. I am undergoing prp with micro needling but nothing seems to work

Avoid spicy, oily and processed food. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab.Neem 2-0-2 Sy.M2tone 15ml twice Tab.Amypure 2-0-2 Purodil gel for local application

Hormonal acne is indeed a challenging condition, especially when intertwined with related health issues like endometriosis, fibroids, and blocked fallopian tubes. Addressing this requires a holistic approach rooted in Ayurveda that looks at the underlying imbalances in the body. According to Ayurvedic principles, this condition might be due to an imbalance in Pitta and Kapha doshas, which can lead to increased sebum production and inflammation.

Starting with diet, try to incorporate foods that help balance Pitta and Kapha. Favor cooling and cleansing foods like leafy green vegetables, bitter melon, and cucumber. Avoid excessive sugar, dairy, fried, and spicy foods as they can aggravate Pitta and Kapha, fueling acne. Incorporate turmeric into your cooking; its anti-inflammatory properties may help in reducing acne.

Moreover, focus on improving Agni, or digestive fire, as a strong digestion is crucial for good skin health. Start your meals with a small piece of ginger and a pinch of salt to stimulate digestion. Triphala, an Ayurvedic formulation, taken at night, can aid detoxification and improve gut health.

Externally, a paste of sandalwood and rose water can be applied to the skin to cool and soothe inflammation. For scarring, applying a mixture of aloe vera gel and a few drops of tea tree oil can support the skin’s healing process. Consistency in such applications is key.

Routine plays a role too. Establish a regular sleep schedule to support hormonal balance. Engage in gentle activities like yoga or brisk walking, but avoid excessive strenuous exercise which can increase Pitta.

If you’re undergoing treatments like PRP and microneedling, it’s crucial to keep your skin care regimen simple and soothing post-treatment. Avoid using harsh chemicals, and consult a professional to ensure your Ayurvedic practices complement your current treatments.

These suggest an imbalance in your internal doshas, possibly primarily pitta, but vata could also play a role. In Siddha-Ayurveda, addressing acne demands a holistic approach, balancing these doshas while supporting overall well-being.

First, consider adjusting your diet. Avoid pitta-aggravating foods like spicy, oily, or deep-fried items, and include more cooling, naturally sweet, or bitter items like leafy greens, cucumber, bitter gourd, and seeds like flaxseeds, which can aid in balancing hormones naturally. Drink herbal teas like mint or coriander infusion regularly to cool the system.

Ensure your daily routine supports balance by sleeping and waking up at consistent times. Reduce stress through practices like yoga or pranayama which harmonize vata and pitta. If possible, incorporate meditation as it can calmingly affect the mind-body system.

Apply a natural mask made from neem powder mixed with rose water on your face. Leave it on for about 20 minutes before washing off with lukewarm water. Neem is known for its antibacterial properties and could aid in reducing skin inflammation.

For acne scars and dark spots, turmeric has lightening properties. Prepare a paste with turmeric and sandalwood powder augmented with a little milk or rose water, applying to affected areas two or three times a week.

Address endometriosis and fibroids through regular siddha treatments, if available, or seek guidance from a practitioner for more personalized remedies. Remember, persistent symptoms may require close observation and a blended approach with contemporary healthcare as needed.
