hello Anjali kaur, Aap jo problem batā rahe hain, usme do mukhya cheezein dikh rahi hain — erectile dysfunction (kabhi-kabhi sex ke dauraan erection na hona) aur delayed or absent ejaculation (kabhi semen ka discharge na hona). Iske alāwa aapka sexual desire bhi kam ho gaya hai, jo ki stress, hormonal imbalance, vajan zyada hone, ya sharīrik thakān ke karan ho sakta hai. Kabhi-kabhi erection bina kisi reason ke bhi ho jata hai, lekin zarurat ke waqt nahi ho pata iska matlab hai ki man aur sharīr ke beech talmel thoda bigad gaya hai. Yeh sab symptoms vajikarana kshaya ya shukra dhatu kshaya ki taraf sanket dete hain, jise Ayurved mein poshak treatment se sudhāra ja sakta hai.

Āma Pachana (5 din):

Hingwashtak Churna – 1 tsp garm paani ke saath din mein do baar khane ke baad Trikatu Churna – ½ tsp shaam ko garm paani ke saath

Treatment Plan (6th day se shuru): 3. Vrihat Vatchintamani Ras – 1 tablet subah khane ke baad 4. Ashwagandha Avaleha – 1 tsp dudh ke saath shaam ko 5. Shilajit capsule – 1 capsule subah aur shaam khane ke baad 6. Kapikacchu Churna – 1 tsp dudh ke saath shaam ko 7. Gokshura capsule – 1 capsule shaam ko khane ke baad
