Avoid excessive spicy, sour, salty foodetc. And start taking 1.Syp.M2 TONE 2tsf twice in a day. 2.shatavari choorna 1tsf B.d.with lukewarm milk. 3.Putrajivak powder 1tsf with 2 tsf of phalghrit at bed time. 4.Tab.Aloes compound 1-0-1 Follow up after 45 days.

Aapka sawaal samjha. Aapne apna aur apne husband ka medical check-up karvaya hai, aur reports normal hain, yeh achhi baat hai. Agar aap dono me se kisi ko pehle infection tha jo ab theek ho gaya hai, toh phir kai baar stress ya lifestyle factors bhi conception me rukawat daal sakte hain.

Ayurvedic drishti se dekhe toh fertility kai factors par nirbhar karti hai. Pehle, apne agni (digestive fire) ko accha rakhein, kyunki healthy digestion se hi aapki sari body systems achhe se kaam karte hain. Subah ko neem garam paani pi kar apne din ki shuruat karna labhdaayak ho sakta hai. Isse maileya dhatus (toxic waste) ki safai hoti hai aur metabolism sudhrta hai.

Diet mein santulit aur dosha-anusaar aahar lena bhi upyogi hoga. Aapko vata-pacifying diet leena chahiye - jisme garam, tel, aur moist bhojan shamil ho. Apni diet me ghee, sesame oil, almond milk, aur ashwangandha jaise poshak tatvon ko shamil kare, ye reproductive health ke liye faayedemand hote hain.

Yoga aur pranayam aapki mental aur physical health dono ke liye uttam hote hain. Aap bhujangasana, setu bandhasana, aur kapalbhati pranayam ka abhyaas karke apne body ko de-stress kar sakti hain aur hathon ki grabhwati centre par focus la sakti hain.

Samajhna zaroori hai ki stress bhi conception me rukawat daal sakta hai, isliye relax hona aur positivity maintain karna mahatvapurn hai. Agar chahein toh, Ayurvedic practitioner se consult karke herbs jaise Shatavari ya Vidari Kand ka istemal kar sakte hain, yeh fertility ko improve karne mein madadgar hote hain.
