I am really confused and kinda worried about my constant headaches and that weird neck pain that's been bothering me for weeks now. I’ve tried a couple of over-the-counter pain relievers, but they didn’t help much. My friend suggested that I try Malabar Anu Tailam as a possible remedy since she's had some success with it for her sinus issues, and I'm curious about it. A few days ago, I came across a discussion about Malabar Anu Tailam and its benefits, but I can't figure out if it's what I actually need. Like, is it true that Malabar Anu Tailam can help with headaches or is it just for sinus problems? Honestly, part of me thinks maybe my headaches are stress-related or something, but then again this neck pain is persistent, you know? I’ve also been feeling kinda tired. I just wanna get back to my normal life without these nagging issues. Should I be doing something else in addition to using Malabar Anu Tailam? Are there specific ways I should be applying it for the best results? I don’t wanna waste my time and money if it's not gonna help. Should I see a practitioner, or can I just use it on my own?
