Cyst in the stomach. How do reduce it - #30219

Age 16 Here is my usg report Right ovary shows a 42×40 mm cyst. 39×19mm soft echoes seen along superior wall of cyst . No flow seen in the soft echoes. A 13×10mm anechoic Hypoechoic shadow seen in right lower abdomen without any internal fow Symptoms I am suffer from right lower abdomen pain with Nausea loss of appetite and 1 to 2 time vomiting and my periods came twice since June 2025
