If possible do panchakarma along with physiotherapy.

Start with some internal medicine. For better results and speedy recovery do panchakarma from nearby ayurvedic centre.

1. Drakshadi kashaya 15 ml+ 45ml lukewarm water twice daily before food. 2. Kaisora guggulu 1-0-1 with kashaya. 3. Ksheerabala tailam soft gel capsule 1-0-1 after 1 hour after food. 4. Sahacharadi tailam for whole body massage.

In your situation, immediate medical attention is essential. A stroke, especially one that leads to right side paralysis and speech difficulties, requires urgent care from a medical professional in emergency. This cannot be handled solely with Ayurveda. Please, prioritize getting to a hospital as soon as possible if that’s not already done. Time is a critical factor in stroke treatment and can significantly impact your recovery.

Post stabilization, Ayurveda may support in gradual rehabilitation and enhancing your overall health. For recovery, focus on balancing Vata dosha, commonly aggravated in such conditions. Simple measures like ensuring warmth, avoiding dry and raw foods, and having well-cooked, nourishing meals can help. Include foods like warm milk, ghee, or light soups which are easy to digest. Stick to a regimen that supports digestion – small, frequent meals might be easier on your system.

To gradually improve mobility, gentle oil massage (Abhyanga) with sesame or medicated oils under guidance can stimulate affected areas and support circulation. Use light pressure and warmth to soothe tension. Note, any such therapies should only be done under supervision or advice of healthcare professional, to avoid unintended harm.

Breathing exercises (Pranayama) can be supportive once your condition allows, as they help improve circulation and oxygen supply. A simple, and gentle approach to Anulom-Vilom might be useful, only if comfortable.

Rehabilitation will take time, and support from family or community will be crucial. If possible try to get a local healthcare assistant who understand your language and can guide you through the primary care process.

For a condition like right side paralysis resulting from a stroke, urgent medical treatment is essential. Please seek immediate attention from a qualified healthcare provider. Modern medicine is crucial for stabilizing your condition and preventing further complications. Time is of the essence with stroke-related symptoms.

Now, once you’re stabilized and under a doctor’s care, there’s some supportive elements from Siddha-Ayurveda that can assist recovery, always in harmony with conventional treatments. Ayurveda acknowledges paralysis as a vata imbalance affecting the nervous system and energy channels. Balancing vata can complement your overall recovery process.

For home care involving Ayurveda, warm sesame oil gently massaged on the affected side can help improve circulation and reduce stiffness. Daily application is suggested, but only if your doctor confirms it’s safe to do so. Consistent heat application, like warm packs, on the affected areas can also help.

Consume warm, nourishing foods to maintain agni (digestive fire), supporting tissue regeneration. Foods like cooked vegetables, whole grains, and small amounts of ghee may be beneficial. Stay hydrated and ingest fluids like warm herbal teas, particularly ginger or cumin, to aid digestion and circulation.

In conclusion, while Ayurveda may offer supplementary benefits in recovery, it should not replace primary medical care following a stroke. Immediate and continuous professional medical care remains vital.
