Periods are not happening regularly and weight is not losing right now. I am 5"1 and 74 kgs around and my weight hasn't been reducing since months even after proper diet and exercise and acne is occurring and bloating ispresent and hirsutism, all features ofpcosand hair loss

Your symptoms are related with PCOS. Took some medicines and follow up your cycle and if possible took USG.

1. Varanadi kashayam 15 ml+ 45 ml lukewarm water at morning, half an hour before food. 2. Sukumaram kashaya 15 ml+ 45 ml lukewarm water at evening, half an hour before food. 3. Kanchanara guggulu 2-0-2 after food. 4. Ayaskriti 15 ml after food. 5. Ksheerabala tailam as talam at evening.

Do regular exercises. Don’t go to bed just after food. You can take a calm walk after food, it will helps in bloating.

Hello Sanskriti, Your symptoms indicate hormonal imbalance hence,the diet , exercise and other lifestyle modifications are as important as the medicine itself. Treatment - 1. Chitrakadi vati -2-0-2 before meal for 3 days 2. Nastapushpantak ras 2-0-2 with lukewarm water after meal 3. Patrangasav and 4. Ashokaristha- 20 ml of both with 40 ml of water after meal 5.Rajah pravartini vati 2-0-2 after meal 6. Shatavari churna+shatpushpa churna - 3gm each with 1 cup of milk at bedtime Diet- Avoid icecream, colddrink,fast food, oily food especially during periods. Eat fruits,dry fruits,milk instead of snacking on packaged items. Yoga - Anulom vilom, bhastrika, kapalbhati,malasana. Lifestyle modification - . Pratice yoga daily . Sound sleep for atleast 7 hours . Walking for 20 min daily . Weight management. . Stress management -Through meditation, walking, journaling. Recommended tests- Hemoglobin level Vit D ,B12 Magnesium levels Thyroid profile USG lower abdomen Don’t worry , follow these and you will definitely get relief.
