I never got Periods without taking Hormonal Pills but I want Ayurveda Treatment for this. My Current weight is 73kg I want to decrease it. I have Irregular Periods from the very first time I got my Periods.

Avoid oily, spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Sy. M2 tone 15ml twice a day Tab. Aloes compound 2-0-2 Follow up after 13weeks.

In Ayurveda, PCOD is often linked to an imbalance in these doshas. One of the first recommendations is adopting a Kapha-Vata pacifying diet. Dietary changes are important. Start your day with a glass of warm water with a teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. This aids in balancing the agni, or digestive fire. Include more fiber-rich foods like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables; these can help in managing weight and regularizing periods. Avoid processed food and refined sugar, which impair metabolic functions.

Physical activity should be a part of your daily routine. Aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise daily, focusing on moderate activities like brisk walking, cycling, or yoga. Surya Namaskar is particularly beneficial as it balances vata and kapha doshas and helps in weight reduction.

For herbal remedies, you might consider ashwagandha and shatavari, both known to support hormonal balance. Take ashwagandha in powder form, about half a teaspoon mixed with warm milk, once a day.
