I am 49 year old with oligomenorrehea.I am recently feeling mood swings, hot flush, weight gain. I don't have any medical illness. Or taking any medicine. Kindly guide me. I have heard about menopause symptoms. Are my symptoms fit in that? Kindly suggest ayurvedic medicine Thanks.

Avoid oily, spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab. Shatavari 2-0-2 Tab. Asthishrunkhla 2-0-2 Follow up after 12weeks.

3. Herbal Supplements: Triphala can improve digestion and remove accumulated toxins, Take it with warm water before bed. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is particularly good for mood and stress—consumed in powder form once or twice daily.

4. Therapeutic Practices: Abhyanga (self-massage with warm sesame oil) can be soothing. Engaging in this routine 2-3 times a week can balance Vata and reduce stress levels.

5. Hydration: Keep hydrated with warm herbal teas or a concoction made with cumin, coriander seeds boiled in water. Avoid cold beverages which disturbs digestion and upset Vata.
