I am really confused and actually kind of worried about my health! For the past few months, I’ve been experiencing some crazy hormonal changes. I started out feeling super energetic, but then I noticed my periods got way more irregular... like I’d skip one and then have two in a month. It's just all over the place, you know? I’ve also been feeling bloated and had these emotional swings that feel out of control. A friend mentioned something called Stree Santulan Kalpa and said it could help with balancing everything out. I googled a bit, but there’s so much info out there, and honestly, I found it overwhelming. I’m just lookin’ for some simple advice! Has anyone tried using Stree Santulan Kalpa for hormonal issues? Did it work? I mean, I want to know if it’s really as effective as they say... and if there are any side effects or anything? My doctor kinda just brushed it off when I asked about natural options bcuz she thinks I need meds.
