I am trying to figure out if Planet Ayurveda Sarpgandhaghan Vati is the right option for my situation. Couple of months ago, I started having these really strong headaches and a some dizzy spells that come out of nowhere. I've tried a few over-the-counter medicines but they only sorta work, and honestly, I'm just tired of depending on those! My friend mentioned that Planet Ayurveda Sarpgandhaghan Vati could help with these kinda issues, plus she's been raving about Ayurveda for a while now, saying it's all natural and much better. I've also been feeling more anxious lately, like there's a tight knot in my chest, and I can't sit still some days. It’s affecting my work and sleep too. The doctor gave me some tests, but everything came back normal. Still, I feel something's off. Do any of you think Planet Ayurveda Sarpgandhaghan Vati would help with these kinds of symptoms? I keep reading mixed reviews online. Like, some say it really helps calm nerves and migraines, while others are skeptical and say it might not work for everybody.
