I’m looking for Ayurvedic testicle atrophy treatment options to help improve the condition naturally. Herbs like ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) and shilajit are commonly used to support hormonal balance and rejuvenate reproductive tissues. Ashwagandha helps by reducing stress, balancing Vata and Kapha doshas, and boosting testosterone levels, while shilajit is known for its revitalizing effects and its ability to enhance energy, stamina, and hormonal health.

In addition to internal herbs, external treatments like massage with Ayurvedic oils can be beneficial. Oils such as Brahmi oil or Sesame oil infused with herbs like Ashwagandha or Musta can be massaged gently into the scrotal area to promote circulation and support tissue health. Massaging also helps with relaxation and can reduce inflammation.

Shilajit might help with revitalizing tissues due to its mineral richness and rejuvenating trait.

You might want to take Ashwagandha in powder form (1 tsp), mixed with warm milk or water in the mornings. When it comes to Shilajit, a pea-sized amount dissolved in warm water or milk can be taken daily. Daily is typically the safest and most effective approach. But remember that improving hormonal balance takes time, patience is key here. It’s not uncommon to see slight changes in a few weeks, but more significant progress usually needs a few months.
