I am really confused about something. So, I recently started using Vaidyaratnam Asokarishtam after I read some good stuff about it for women’s health. I’ve been dealing with these annoying PMS symptoms – like severe mood swings, cramps, and this feeling of heaviness in my lower abdomen. My friend suggested that Vaidyaratnam Asokarishtam might help balance things out, you know, with all the natural ingredients. I’ve started taking it for about a week now, but I’m not really sure if I’m using it correctly. The first couple of days, I felt a little different, maybe a bit more relaxed? But the last few days, I've been feeling pretty bloated, and I'm not certain if it’s because of the Asokarishtam. Like, is bloating a common side effect? Or am I just overthinking it? Also, how long should I be taking Vaidyaratnam Asokarishtam before I see some real changes? My cycle is all over the place, and I'm just worried that this might not do anything after all. I don’t wanna keep relying on it if it’s not really gonna help. Any advice would be super helpful!
