I am really struggling with this PCOD problem and it’s been quite a ride. I mean, it all started when I noticed my periods becoming super irregular—one month, I’d miss it completely, and the next, I’d have a marathon of cramps. Went to the doctor and, surprise surprise, they said it might be PCOD. I felt like I was hit by a truck. They suggested some hormonal treatments, but I’ve read a little about Ayurvedic methods and I’m curious how to cure the PCOD problem naturally. I also started gaining weight, and my energy levels are throught the floor. My skin is acting up too; I never had acne like this before! I just wanna know if there are effective ways to manage PCOD through Ayurveda. I’ve been trying some lifestyle changes already—eating healthier and doing yoga—but it feels like I’m missing something. Can you guys share some tips or remedies on how to cure PCOD problem? Are there specific herbs or diets that can help? Honestly, I’m feeling overwhelmed with info and just want a clear path. Just need some guidance here!
