I am really frustrated right now. I’m in my early 40s, and I’ve been noticing all these signs like hot flashes and mood swings that I just can’t shake off. The doctor mentioned that menopause might be approaching, and I just feel totally unprepared for it. I’ve been reading up on how to delay menopause ayurveda, but I’m a bit lost. I tried to make some changes, like increasing my yoga sessions and trying to eat better, but sometimes, I’m not even sure if I’m doing it right! I heard there are specific herbs and routines? I really want to know how to delay menopause ayurveda because I feel like I still have so much life to live, you know? Sometimes, I get real worried about the whole thing. My mom went through menopause pretty early, and it was tough for her. There’s got to be a way to slow this down or manage it better! If anyone has tips or personal stories on how to delay menopause ayurveda, especially what worked for you or things to avoid, that’d be super helpful.
