I am really curious about how to use jyotishmati oil for brain health. Lately, I’ve been feeling really fuzzy in the head, like just can’t think straight. It started a few months ago after my stressful job changed. Made me anxious and some days I forget things I did just moments ago! Someone told me that jyotishmati oil could help improve focus and memory, so I bought a bottle, but I'm not sure if I'm using it right. Do I just apply it directly to my temples or like, should I be mixing it with something else? I read somewhere on this forum that it's also good for cognition but like, what does that even mean? Should I take it daily, or is it more of a situational thing? I tried massaging my scalp with it a couple times, but I didn’t notice any big changes yet, and I really need to get my mind sharp again. Is there a recommended dosage or method for using jyotishmati oil for brain benefits? Wondering if I should be more careful or consult a professional or something! Any advice would be super helpful, thanks!
