Hello, For your issue please try to meet a ayurveda doctor in person who can administer panchakarma treatments along with appropriate internal ayurveda medications. However, start with instilling 2 drops of shadbindu thailand to each nostrils at 0600AM and 0600PM. Take care, Kind regards.

Applying Shadbindu Tail can indeed be beneficial for nerve-related issues as described in traditional Ayurvedic texts. For trigeminal neuralgia, especially stemming from surgical interventions like craniotomies, using Shadbindu Tail in tandem with Ashwagandha may help balance Vata dosha, which is often aggravated in nerve conditions.

To use Shadbindu Tail, follow a consistent routine of Nasya (nasal application), which is recommended in Ayurveda for head-related issues. Here’s how you can do it safely at home:

1. Preparation: Find a calm, quiet environment. Nasya should ideally be performed on an empty stomach, 2-3 hours after meals or before meals. Make sure the oil is at room temperature, if not, gently warm it by placing the bottle in warm water.

2. Positioning: Lie down on your back on a comfortable flat surface. Support your neck with a pillow and tilt your head back slightly so your nostrils face upwards.

3. Application: Using a dropper, administer 3-5 drops of Shadbindu Tail into each nostril. Inhale gently but deeply to ensure the oil reaches the sinus and nasal passages. Be careful not to snort forcibly, just a gentle inhale.

4. Rest: Stay in this position for few minutes, allowing the oil to be absorbed. You may feel a slight burning sensation or irritation, which should subside quickly.

5. Frequency & Timing: Perform this practice during morning and/or evening. Consistency is key, so aim for daily application. Avoid Nasya during pregnancy, menstruation, or if you have a cold, fever, indigestion.

6. Consultation: Before starting Nasya, especially with your medical history, do discuss with an Ayurvedic practitioner to tailor the treatment further to your individual constitution and unique circumstances.

Additionally, maintaining a balanced diet that pacifies Vata, incorporating warm, cooked foods, rich in healthy fats and grounding in nature can support the overall therapy alongside these applications. Always prioritize safety and professional guidance where complex health conditions are concerned.

For managing atypical trigeminal neuralgia with an Ayurvedic approach, using Shadbindu Tail can be beneficial. This medicated oil is traditionally used in nasya therapy, which involves administering oil through the nasal passages to balance vata and calm nerve pain. Considering your condition, it’s essential to be cautious and possibly consult with a practitioner before beginning.

Here’s a general guide for using Shadbindu Tail safely: Start by lying down comfortably with your head slightly tilted back. Warm the oil gently; it should be lukewarm, not hot. Using a dropper, instill 2-3 drops into each nostril while inhaling slowly. Do this preferably in the morning on an empty stomach or a few hours after meals, as this ensures proper absorption. Lie there for a couple of minutes, allowing the oil to penetrate and exert its effects. This can help soothe the nerves and reduce facial tension.

Ensure your nasal passages are clean and dry before application. Avoid using it when you have sinus congestion or a cold, as this might not be effective and could lead to discomfort.

Keep in mind that consistent practices over time often yield the best results in Ayurveda, so regular application can be beneficial. Also, if you’re using Ashwagandha, it can complement the effects by supporting overall nerve health and reducing stress, which is crucial for your condition.

Always prioritize safety and consider professional help if the pain persists or worsens. The cranial surgeries imply a complex situation, and integrating all treatments under professional guidance is vital.
