Considering your age and menstrual regularity, we will base on balancing your doshas and managing your agni (digestive fire) to stabilize blood sugar levels.

First, focus on your diet. Start your day with soaked almonds (6-8) and a pinch of cinnamon in water. Cinnamon is known for its role in blood sugar management. Try to include fenugreek seeds in your meals – soak a teaspoon overnight and consume the water first thing in morning. They help stabilize sugar levels.

Reduce intake of refined sugars and processed foods. Favor whole grains like barley, millet and oats, which are more sattvic and can help regulate energy levels. Make sure your meals include a variety of vegetables. Cooked leafy greens can be highly beneficial.

Maintain a eating pattern that supports your agni – regular, small, nutritious meals. Don’t skip meals, as this could further destabilize your sugar levels.

Stay active with moderate exercise. Walking, gentle yoga or light swimming thrice a week can be beneficial, be cautious during peak sugar levels, ensure you are hydrated.

Herbal teas made from hibiscus or chamomile may also assist in relaxation and stabilize your hormones.
