I am feeling really lost here and could use some guidance. I’ve been dealing with some irregular menstrual cycles and a lot of discomfort lately, which has me pretty worried. A friend recommended ashokarishta after hearing about its benefits for hormone balance and menstrual health. But honestly, I'm not sure how to take ashokarishta the right way. Like, should I be taking it with water or something? I read somewhere that timing matters too, but I can't remember what I saw!
