White discharge aur itching ka ye sthiti, jyadatar vata aur kapha dosha ke imbalance ki nishani ho sakta hai. Ayurveda mei ise “Shweta Pradar” kehte hain. Is samasya ka samadhan karne ke liye, aapko apne dincharya aur khady shaili mei kuch samayojan karne ki avashyakta hai.
Pehle to, aap apni ahar se mithai, kadhi v kalanji meetha padarth nikal dein. Ye cheezy kapha ko bada deti hain, jo aapki samasya ko aur bhi ghehra bana sakti hain. Har roz, ek chamach neem ke patte ka ras piye, jise aap ghar par hi tayar kar shakte hain. Neem ke prakrit ghun is prakriti ko shant karne mei madad karte hain.
Din mei do baar, ek paani ka glass le aur usmei ek chamach amla ras mila kar peen. Amla se vitamin C milta hai jo aapke sishkt परीक्षा madadgar hoga.
Maintenance of personal hygiene is must. Balkul saf kapde pehne aur cotton ke underwear ka istemal karein. Garam panni se rose snan kare aur kapde ko dho lene ke bad surya ki roshni mei sukhayein.
For local application, aap castor oil aur coconut oil ko mila kar affected area par lagayein. Yeh dono tel aapki itching ko door karne mei avshyak saksham hain.
Yahaan par panchkarma therapy jise virechana kehte hain, wo bhi faydemand ho sakti hai. Isse karne se aapke shrair se toxic nikal jayenge. Magar ye process sirf kisi skilled practitioner ki dekh rek mei hi karein.
